4. Payments and Fees

Service pricing, setup fees, and monthly management fees will be outlined in your proposal or agreement. Payment schedules will be specified at the time of engagement. Late payments may result in a pause of services. Koziclick reserves the right to cancel unpaid services after reasonable notice.

5. Advertising Services

Where advertising management is part of your engagement:

• Ad spend is paid separately by the client directly to the advertising platform (e.g. Meta, Google).
• Koziclick manages strategy, setup, and optimization of ad campaigns.
• Advertising results vary depending on market conditions, budget, competition, and other business factors outside our control.

6. Website Development Terms

• Project timelines depend on timely client cooperation, content delivery, and approvals.
• Revisions and approval rounds will be defined in your project scope.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights to any content they provide.
• Ownership of the completed website transfers to the client upon completion of all agreed payments.

7. Marketing Results Disclaimer

Koziclick provides strategies and systems designed to support business growth, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, leads, sales, search rankings, or advertising performance. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and how effectively a client implements our recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

• Website designs and content created by Koziclick as part of a paid engagement become client property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us.
• Some projects may include licensed third-party assets (e.g. stock photography, fonts, plugins), which remain subject to their original license terms.

9. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel services in accordance with the notice period specified in their service agreement. Any outstanding payments remain due upon cancellation. Access to Koziclick-managed systems and accounts may be removed following termination, unless otherwise arranged.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koziclick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Tools

Koziclick may use or integrate third-party platforms and tools to deliver services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of features by third-party providers that are outside our control.

12. Governing Law
